Did you know: We are certain you are keeping up with the government bail out of the large banks and lenders. However when they were many small banks, and lenders nationwide were getting their funds taken away by large banks and left high and dry with many getting laid off, government was no where to be found.

This situation did not happen yesterday. Two years ago it all begun. There were several small Mortgage companies that begun to buckle under and went out of business. Some laid off anywhere from 10 to 1500 employees. Several of them were owned by big lenders. Big lenders took all remaining cash out of those businesses claimed bankruptcy and left all other businesses that they owed money to deal with bankruptcy court. This has waterfall effect that has gone on for a while.
